The hotel is well maintained and at the best place in the city. Rooms are very clean and hygienic. It was a memorable stay. Staffs were good and attentive. Rooms were vibrant and very comfortable. Will come back again

We had a Press meet to launch a new project for SNEHA a suicide prevention centre in Chennai. On April 25th morning.We had expected 40 pax but the press turnout was excellent and the lunch numbers shot up to nearly 70. The Hotel manager Ms.Ila Prabhu very calmly told us that the kitchen would handle every guest who walked in and we should stop worrying. The staff were so helpful too and extra chairs and welcome drinks were provided without any fuss. Saved us face and the food was excellent. A lot of personal effort by Ms.Ila and Mr.Venkatesh and their team made the event a grand success. Chola has always been a home away from home for us and this event after the renovation proved it true. Thank you Chola.
